Designed to manage heavy-duty current loads, The WNB009 DC Battery Switch can take between 50A and up to 300A! One of the main highlights of the WNB009 is the high level of insulation that will protect from flame as a result of the superior construction of this switch. Because of the high waterproof ratings assigned to this switch, it is ideal for use in locations where water or moisture may enter from the outside. It also guarantees excellent performance whether in a dry location or a wet location.
A unique feature of the WNB009is the terminals made from brass. These terminals have been engineered to provide high levels of conductivity and deliver maximum efficiency when transferring electricity. Additionally, brass does not oxidize and is not at risk for corroding meaning that the WNB009 will remain durable and effective throughout its lifetime. The use of brass to manufacture the terminals continues to support the durability of the WNB009.

The intelligent use of two materials (plastic and brass) creates an ingenious and useful electrical connection called a switch. The compact overall size of this switch, WNB009, is 6.8*5.8*5.1 cm (2.68*2.28*1.99 inches) which enables multiple devices to have switches installed without requiring large amounts of space. With its compact size, the WNB009 has exceptional capacity to provide power and supports voltages as high as 32 volts (V). The switch also has been designed to withstand extreme temperatures, ranging from -30°C to +60°C (-22°F to +140°F) so it will provide power reliably no matter what the conditions are.
Another feature of the WNB009 DC Battery Switch is that it will perform reliably for a long time because it has an estimated product life of 1,000 cycles. This means that the switch will provide power to many different applications over its lifetime without losing the ability to perform (experiencing failure) in each of those applications; therefore, fewer times to need replacement or repair of the switch for the life of the building or product should provide users with reassurance about their continued operation.
